Handle With Flair

The handle that you see attached to the red object comes off, and can be attached to the yellow or the blue objects interchangeably. Each object can be used as a serving piece or it can be cooked with straight on the stove or in the oven. That is why I say "object" as opposed to "pan" or "tray" or "happiness with two handles".

In English, the word flair means "a skill or instinctive ability to appreciate or make good use of something" (Merriam Webster), but in French it means "the sense of smell". You will be covering both these definitions when cooking paella for two in the red one, serving marinated olives in the blue one, and inhaling the perfume of strawberries with rose creme from the yellow one. Flair also means "a uniquely attractive quality" (Merriam Webster), which totally makes sense for these objects, and also if you have seen the movie "Office Space".
